Notes: MONGA needs to submit the first NGAUS Conference Registration report on or before 15 June 2009. The second registration report is due on 17 July 2009. Hotel changes to your initial submission can be made up to and including 10 August 2009. After 10 Aug 2009, the State will forfeit 100% of hotel deposit money. Hotel rooms will not be guaranteed if the data is received after the 10 August cutoff.
NO hotel deposit refunds after 10 Aug 2009.
